How do I get an Edward’s Note mug?

Do you do customs/commissions?

One day maybe! But right now my those are not within my bandwidth.

Someone bought an item I had in my cart before I could check out. What do I do?

Unfortunately, a piece is not yours until you successfully "check out" - this is beyond my control. A few things you can do to make sure you get the piece you want:

1. Be on time - items tend to sell out quickly! I announce exact days/times of my restocks across all socials and on this site.

2. Make an account beforehand, with your payment information preloaded

3. If you want multiple items, check out with your top choice item FIRST, and come back for the second one after that is secured

Care instructions?
Pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, but hand washing is highly recommended. All pieces are food safe unless otherwise specified. ANYTHING WITH LUSTER IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE!

Do you do preorders?

Sometimes! When I do, I sell them here just like my other pieces.

How do preorders work?

If you are interested in preordering a piece of pottery, I ask you to keep the below in mind:

- you are ordering a handmade and unique piece of pottery: it will not look exactly as pictured, and may have some small differences in non-function related qualities such as mug shape and design details
- production and delivery of my order could take anywhere from 3 to 6 months, due to pottery taking a long time and me doing this on the side of my full time job.
